Thank you for shopping at Earth Medicine LLC. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your are not satisficed with your purchase, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within seven(7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Returns Process
To return an item(s), please email customer service at earthmedicinellc@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in it's original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use our prepaid shipping label, $10.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return via store credit. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service e-mail to arrange a refund of store credit only.

Any items purchased using a Gift Card and Refer a Friend Discount cannot be returned.

Any Items received through Membership packages cannot be returned.
