1. Hold a handheld mirror in your hand, focusing on the lower front area of your neck, above the collarbones, and below the voice box (larynx). Your thyroid gland is located in this area of your neck.
 
2. While focusing on this area in the mirror, tilt your head back.
 
3. You may feel the nodule rolling underneath your fingertips or see it move when you swallow. A goiter (swelling) can be found on one side of the thyroid or on both sides. If you find any lumps or swelling in this area our products can be used to help aid the swelling/pain.
