Stove Top Method Directions for Tea:
1 Cup water (h20) to half cup ratio Earth MedicineTea/Syrup
Once water comes to a broil reduce heat and add 1 Cup water (H20) to Earth Medicine Tea/Syrup. Allow to cool to a warm temperature then blow and Sip resposibily (cautiously).
Stove Method needs adult supervision for children.
Refrigeration Directions for Syrup:
1 Tsp for children ages 4-8 One time for every two days
1 tbps for children ages 9-16 Once a week
2 tbps for ages 17+ Twice a Month
If your immune system is already at a weak state and your batteling illness, I would up the dosage according to your age. Ex: Ages 4-8 twice for every two days, Ages 9-16 Twice a week, Ages 17+ Three times a Month
